Our circuit training sessions are an affordable way to get a taste of our culture at StrengthBox; train the StrengthBox way in a group environment for a fraction of the cost of our one to one training. A high tempo one hour session utilising a variety of functional equipment. Go at your own pace but with a motivating small group of like minded people all under the watchful eye of one of our expert coaches.

Strength & Conditioning is the field of improving athletic performance of competitive athletes. Strength & conditioning coaches also work to reduce the risk of injury. Our sessions take the techniques used by strength and conditioning coaches into a group setting.
