I signed up for the 6 week transformation and I'm amazed by the results - Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and driven to get his clients motivated and working hard to achieve the best they can. I quickly got into the programme and loved the scientific approach to losing fat and improving my lean muscle. I didn't want to gain weight and bulk up but to gain definition, fitness and strength and every week I saw the emerging results. The variations in routine kept it interesting and every week built on the week before. Having spent a fortune in normal gyms previously the course was incredible value for money, very focussed and disciplined - hard work but also great fun! Highly recommended!!

I have just completed a 12 week transformation with Nick and i can highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of doing it. I was over the moon with my results after hitting my target weight loss of 22lbs. With Nick's easy to follow diet and exercise plan in a relaxed non judgemental atmosphere. I’d been doing the same cardio exercises for years, but wasn’t seeing any changes and couldn’t lose any weight. After doing a 12-month transformation with Nick, I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes, lost almost a stone and changed my body composition! I’d never done any weight training before so was a little nervous, but Nick has been fantastic – he’s really knowledgeable, great at explaining the exercises and knows how to get results. It’s been tough, and he’s pushed me to do more than I thought possible (flipping a tractor tyre, I’m sure that will come in handy one day – right?!) I honestly can’t recommend Nick and the team at StrengthBox highly enough. It’s been an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to continuing! Thanks Nick!!
