Over the last few years I have been through the same training routines over and over again with no real gains in shape or size. I took on the 6 week body transformation expecting to shed a bit of fat and in the general improve the way I look. The results were far beyond what I was expecting. The programme was challenging however it was easy to follow and importantly it was a lot of fun. Nick has a huge amount of knowledge and his support means you know exactly what is required if you want to make a difference.

I’ve been going to StrengthBox for nearly two years and could not recommend the place enough. The classes are incredibly fun and great value for money yet still challenging every week. Everyone is friendly and the PT’s are very knowledgable. The equipment is great and the environment in general allows you to build your confidence in fitness and make it enjoyable. I’ve enjoyed the place so much I’ve enrolled on a 6 week transformation with Nick!

I signed up for the 6 week transformation and I’m amazed by the results – Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and driven to get his clients motivated and working hard to achieve the best they can. I quickly got into the programme and loved the scientific approach to losing fat and improving my lean muscle. I didn’t want to gain weight and bulk up but to gain definition, fitness and strength and every week I saw the emerging results. The variations in routine kept it interesting and every week built on the week before. Having spent a fortune in normal gyms previously the course was incredible value for money, very focussed and disciplined – hard work but also great fun! Highly recommended!!

Massive thanks to Nick Scott from Strengthbox Gym in Finch, finished my 18 week personal training course today. I started at 127.6kg and now at 102.2kg which is 25.4kg lost! Which in other terms is 55.9lbs or 3.99 stone! I was 33.16% body fat and now 17.3%!! If anyone is thinking if losing weight, go to Nick.
